Welcome to my homepage.

I am Professor of Economics at Trinity College Dublin. I am an applied microeconomist with a particular focus on development economics. My research explores how individuals, households, and firms make decisions, the constraints they face, and how policy can support more inclusive economic development.

I am co-founder of the Trinity Impact Evaluation (TIME) Research Centre and a UNU-WIDER Non-Resident Senior Research Fellow.

I am currently on maternity leave and will return in 2027.
